Supreme Court Causing Damage

here's a new website call Supreme Court Watch by a respected Constitutional scholar, Henry Mark Holzer, who reasonably argues that the recent Supreme Court decision has done terrible damage to the Geneva Convention. I'm still in Computer Hell so I won't write much now.
