Graduation

MINUS 10 DAYS to the Fabulous Demystifying Divas Plus One hostile takeover of WitNit.
I got a brother-in-law, sister-in-law, and three nieces, the older one with a fiance, in the house all weekend for my middle niece's graduation Sunday from Stanford University. Plus we have another out-of-town guest delivering an afternoon workshop, with me suddenly delegated to fire of the BBQ for an evening guest list of, oh 18 (ribs and salmon). Back in the morning...

*** When it comes to cooking, five years ago I felt guilty "just adding water." Now I want to bang the tube against the countertop and have a five-course meal pop out. If it comes with plastic silverware and a plate that self-destructs, all the better. Erma Bombeck
